Happy New Years!

We’ve been live for just over a year now, and we’re super excited about where we’re planning on taking Oddball Pilot in 2012. The more time we spend looking into alternative flying jobs, the more interested we get. There are lots of very cool jobs out there!

Unfortunately, we can’t research all of them at once. We’re planning on finishing Alaska up this Spring, and then continuing the search in the lower 48 states and worldwide.

To make it easier for you, at the beginning of each month we’re going to tell you what we have planned in an Update post like this one. We’ll post other interesting material too, as we come across it.

While on an ice-climbing trip in Montana last week, Aidan stopped by Gallatin Field (KBZN) in Bozeman to take a look around. While there, he shot this quick video update. (Apologies for the low volume and wind noise … he didn’t have the good mic with him.)

Feel free to email us about any interesting jobs or pilots you know about (or want to know about), and we’ll put them on our list of stuff to research for you!

Hope you’re as excited about 2012 as we are …

Aidan and Mike

Hey next time you are in Bozeman give us a call at Northern Wings. We will take you out for a telemetry tracking flight in the Husky just for fun.

  2. Matthew Bethke says:

Hey Aiden, if you are in the St. Louis, MO area you should interview Wings of Hope. They are a humanitarian organization that flies in bush settings all over the world.

Love your site, keep it up!
